Kevin Kohout is a pre-medical student turned BioMedical Engineer. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in BioMedical Engineering with an area of emphasis in Biomechanics at Arizona State University.
He is a nationally certified personal trainer via A.C.E. the American Council on Exercise and has been personal training for over 20 years. He is also an A.C.E. Ambassador Personal Trainer, the 1987 Arizona Overall Winner in Bodybuilding, and a Sports Nutritionist.
Kevin customizes with an advanced education in the body systems, including Anatomy and Mechanics in relation to human movement, the most effective personal training workouts for your individual body and goals to optimize your time, energy, and effort for maximum results.
Kevin Kohout is the owner of Personal Trainer South Bay, which specializes in weight loss, diet, and muscle toning for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Other training focus specialties are the following: Pilates, Yoga, Fitness Motivation, Non-Diet Weight Management, Nutrition and Exercise for Pregnancy.
