Hi, my name is Kevin Kohout and I'm the owner of Personal Trainer South Bay.

I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor Science Engineer, Biomedical Engineering Degree with area of emphasis in Biomechanics, a Sports Nutritionist, the 1987 Mr Arizona Overall Winner, and a fitness model for over two decades.

I have been personal training and changing bodies for over 20 years since 1987 with such great success that I guarantee you will get the results you want.
